If you love sushi, you will love our deconstructed sushi bowl. This bowl includes GABA brown rice, our amazing smoked fauxmon, edamame beans, avocado, sauteed oyster mushrooms and marinated vegetables (red cabbage, daikon radish, carrots). Served with soy based dressing and nori sheets.
How to enjoy:
1st way: scoop the ingredients you want into a nori sheet, fold like a taco, dip in dressing and enjoy
2nd way: mix all the ingredients and the dressing. Scoop some of the sushi bowl contents into a nori sheet, fold like a taco and enjoy.
This classic Polish dish made from potatoes and flour goes perfectly with vegetables and fake meats or can be served as the main dish. Try it with one of our sauces. We recommend our gravy sauce, bolognese sauce or primavera sauce.
Keeps in the freezer for 6 months.
Reheating instructions: Cook from frozen. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Gently place your frozen gnocchi in the boiling water. Wait till the water starts boiling again. Reduce heat to medium. Stir gently to prevent the gnocchi from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook until all the gnocchi floats to the top - about 5 minutes. Remove the gnocchi from the water using a skimmer spoon. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce. Can be reheated later.
Here's our take on a Québec staple, a classic dish - La poutine

Unlike traditional quiche, ours has all the flavor without the cholesterol. Since it has a layer of vegan sausage, a tofu base and is loaded with vegetables, it is very rich in protein. Perfect to serve with one of our salads or our gnocchi.
